New Regulations for Providing Access to Library Materials
Dear Users,
| We kindly inform you that as of April 22, 2026, a new Regulations for Providing Access to Library Materials has come into effect across all libraries within the University of Wrocław library and information system. These regulations were introduced by the Rector of the University of Wrocław’s Ordinance No. 66/2026. |
| The Regulations define the rules for using the library collections, including the terms and conditions for: |
| borrowing library materials, providing on-site access to collections, the duties and responsibilities of users. Due to the implementation of the new regulations, the following changes have been introduced: borrowing limits, return deadlines for library materials, the amount of fees for overdue materials. Furthermore, please be advised that starting from April 27, 2026, the charging of overdue fees will be reinstated in accordance with the WUL (Wrocław University Library) price list. The fee is PLN 0.40 per day for each overdue item.
