The European Union in the Perspective of Protesters and Government Supporters in Georgia

We are pleased to inform you that a research team composed of Piotr Sula, Kamil Błaszczyński and Bakur Kvashilava has been awarded an Intervention Grant from the National Agency for Academic Exchange in the amount of PLN 145 117.31 for the project ‘The European Union in the Perspective of Protesters and Government Supporters in Georgia’. The team will conduct a survey and interviews (IDI) with Georgian citizens to find out their opinions, moods, expectations and motivations regarding Georgia’s possible membership of the European Union. The research is important in the context of the exacerbating social and political polarisation in Georgia. The project will also result in a publication.
