CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
The International Political Science Association (IPSA) is looking for motivated and enthusiastic volunteers to support its upcoming Regional Conference in Wrocław.
The call is open to all students of the University of Wrocław, regardless of academic background.
📅 Key dates:
• 25 March 2026 – Call opens
• 5 May 2026 – Application deadline
• 19 May 2026 – Confirmation of selected volunteers
• 13 October 2026, 17:00 – Mandatory volunteer briefing
📍 Conference dates (availability required):
• Wednesday, 14 October: 07:30 – 20:00
• Thursday, 15 October: 07:30 – 18:30
• Friday, 16 October: 07:30 – 19:00
✔️ Requirements:
• You must be a student at the University of Wrocław
• You should have a good command of English (additional languages are an asset)
• Full availability during the conference days and for the briefing session

• Two meals per day during the conference

🙌 Volunteer roles include:
• Welcome & Registration – assisting participants and providing information
• Room Attendants – supporting panel sessions and speakers
• Media / Social Media – creating short summaries and covering selected events
