Prof. Sergiu Gherghina – Professor of Comparative Politics na University of Glasgow (School of Social & Political Sciences, Department of Politics and International Studies). Prowadzi badania nad polityką państw Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem procesów demokratyzacji, potencjału innowacji demokratycznych oraz uwarunkowań, przebiegu i rezultatów wyborów.
