Invitation to Workshop and Conference Panel

On behalf of the conference organisers, We warmly invite you to participate in a workshop and conference panel exploring how deep stories, storytelling, and narratives shape our understanding of disinformation.

Workshop: Deep Stories Methodology Training

Objectives:

  • Build basic participants’ capacity in the Deep Stories methodology 
  • Equip participants with core skills for FGIs & IDIs using the Deep Stories approach 
  • Ensure methodological consistency across countries
  • Validate screening survey & research tools

The workshop is organized within the framework of the international project DEEP – Unveiling deep stories and boosting emotional intelligence to empower citizens against disinformation, funded under the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme (CERV) of the European Commission.

Participation in the workshop requires prior registration with the DEEP Project Manager, Dr.  Paweł Nowakowski (Institute of Political Science, pawel.nowakowski@uwr.edu.pl).

Conference Panel

Time: 11:00–12:30


Venue: Auditorium, Institute of Political Science

The panel will be held as part of the conference Historia sztuki tworzenia zmian: II edycja konferencji o storytellingu w NGO (The History of the Art of Creating Change: 2nd Conference on Storytelling in NGOs), chaired by Dr. Mateusz Zieliński (Institute of Political Science).

The discussion, held in English, will feature international partners of the DEEP project alongside representatives of the Polish NGO sector.
