Green Koszarowa – Event of the Faculty of Social Sciences
We warmly invite students and staff of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wrocław to take part in the “Green Koszarowa” event, which will be held on 25 April 2026 (Saturday) on the campus at 3 Koszarowa Street, from 10 am to 2:30 pm (CET).
🌍 About the event
“Green Koszarowa” is an educational and community-building initiative that combines academic reflection on contemporary environmental challenges with practical action and social integration. The event creates a space for discussion, exchange of experiences, and collective action towards sustainable development.
🎤 Programme
🧩 Workshops and student activities:
In the later part of the programme, participants are invited to take part in workshops and practical activities, including:
- simulation games
- field game “Green Campus in Practice”
- plant, book and clothing swap
- scientific demonstrations (e.g. mineral identification)
- educational activities focused on ecology and social responsibility
🏆 Faculty competition
During the event, the results of a faculty competition for the design of a reusable bottle will be announced. The competition promotes reducing plastic use and encouraging environmentally friendly habits in everyday academic life.
🌿 Faculty picnic
The day will conclude with a community picnic, offering a relaxed space for informal conversations, relationship-building, and spending time together.
