Strategies of social movements in Poland after 2015\u201d<strong> <\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The research theme will involve analysis of activities and strategies of social movements in view of changes occurring in their environment. Movements act as resonance, forming and operating in response to changes that happen around them. These are reactions to changes in the global environment, as well as the national and local ones. Some of the changes are unfavourable for movements, forcing them to apply resilience resources to ensure survival of the movement or the movement organisation. Both the negative changes and occurrence of new possibilities require reconfiguration of movement\u2019s strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Referring to Bruno Latour\u2019s concept, the team will analyse social movements in diverse categories: movements focused on human rights (e.g. pro-minority movements), balance between man and nature (e.g. environmental movements) and technology-machine (e.g. denialist movements).&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The research theme will include monitoring of media and publications related to selected movements, analysis of the political opportunities structure, as well as interviews with representatives of selected social movement organisations.
