The event will open with a presentation of the Leipzig University project \u201cRule of Law in East and East Central Europe\u201d by Madeleine Hartmann, followed by an international panel debate moderated by Dr Maciej Olejnik (Willy Brandt Center for<\/p>\n\n\n\n
