In accordance with Regulation No. 50/2022 of the Council of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Wrocław of 27 May 2022, the Faculty Committee for Research Ethics  was appointed on 23 September 2024 for the period 2024/2028. The members of the Committee are:

• dr. hab. Julita Makaro prof. UWr. (chair)

• dr. hab. Krzysztof Kociubiński prof. UWr., dr. Zbigniew Pietrzak

The Committee is an advisory body that supports faculty members in resolving ethical dilemmas related to the design and conduct of research involving people. The Committee, at the request of the persons concerned, gives its opinions on research projects and  certificates (as a formal decision) the ethicality of the conducted research. the scope of competences and responsibilities of the Committee are defined in the Regulations of the Research Ethics Committee (Annex). An interested researcher submits a completed application form (Annex) by e-mail to julita.makaro@uwr.edu.pl, which may be supplemented with additional content not included in the form.
